The Department of Business and Quantitative Studies at the University of Naples “Parthenope” announces the launch of the 8th edition of the First-Level Master’s Program in “Tourism & Hospitality Management” for the 2025–2026 academic year.
This advanced and interdisciplinary training program is designed for graduates who wish to develop in-depth and cross-cutting skills in the fields of tourism and hospitality management.

Under the academic direction of Professor Mariapina Trunfio, the program aims to train highly qualified professionals capable of responding to global challenges, managing the competitive dynamics of tourism enterprises, and addressing the increasingly diverse needs of contemporary travelers.

The course, characterised by an interdisciplinary approach, combines theoretical training and practical applications, thanks to the contribution of university lecturers, managers and professionals in the sector. The curriculum integrates theoretical foundations with practical applications, combining lectures, workshops, group projects, company visits, and internships. The program involves a total of 1,800 hours of training, corresponding to 72 ECTS credits.

The program is scheduled to start in November 2025 and conclude in November 2026.

Admission is based on a public selection process involving the evaluation of academic qualifications and an examination, and is open to candidates holding a three-year Bachelor’s degree. The program will be activated with a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 participants.

Should specific circumstances arise (e.g., public health emergencies), teaching activities may be delivered in blended or fully online mode, via dedicated digital platforms.
