GOVERNANCE AND ORGANIZATION

The governance of DISAQ (Dipartimento di Studi Aziendali e Quantitativi) is structured around a Director, a Deputy Director, the Department Council, and several delegates appointed by the Director.

Since 2018, after achieving a five-year funding (2018–2022), being recognised as an Italian Department of Excellency, the organizational structure has been strengthened through the creation of four new bodies to support the implementation of the Department’s strategic plan with a technical-Scientific Committee (CTS) the Local Innovation Systems Observatory Committee ( SLIOB) the Local Innovation Systems Accelerator Committee (KNOWTRACK); and the Quality Assurance Committee (AQDISAQ)

With the reconfirmation of DISAQ as a Department of Excellence for 2023–2027, this organizational model has been confirmed and further expanded with two additional working groups:
DIDACTICS – focused on advanced teaching activities
COMMS – focused on the promotion and dissemination of the Department’s activities

The Administrative Secretariat is also part of the structure, providing administrative services as well as direct support for research activities.
