The Network for Greening the Financial System published its 2025 Annual Report on 16 September 2026. The report reviews a year of growth and international engagement, during which the NGFS continued to support central banks and supervisors in addressing climate- and nature-related financial risks through work grounded in science and data.
The publication highlights the first NGFS short-term climate scenarios, work on adaptation in transition plans and initiatives designed to strengthen members’ technical and analytical capacity. By the end of 2025, the Network included 170 members and observers across five continents.
