On 24 February, at Città della Scienza, Prof. Francesco Schiavone, Prof. Daniele Leone, and Dr Anna Bastone from DISAQ – the Department of Business and Quantitative Studies at the University of Naples “Parthenope” – took part in Futuro Remoto to explore the One Health approach, which views health as an interconnected system involving people, animals, plants, and the environment.
The initiative, promoted by the VIMASS Lab, provided an opportunity to explore the relationship between health, individual well-being, social cohesion, and environmental protection, highlighting the importance of an integrated approach to public health.
During the event, students took part in hands-on workshops and discussion sessions, working together to develop desirable future scenarios: shared visions of a more sustainable, inclusive future focused on the health of both people and the planet.
A participatory and co-design experience that transformed reflection on One Health into concrete ideas, perspectives, and proposals.
