Naples Fintech Lab was a milestone for me, enriching my academic path with a practical and immersive experience. The Naples Fintech Lab has been a transformative experience for me, capable of going far beyond the resolution of the assigned challenge. It is a place where innovation, creativity and concreteness come together, offering a path of growth that involves you in 360 degrees, thanks above all to the attentive and constant guidance of the teachers, coaches and mentors. Working in a team with people of different skills and experience allowed me to develop an innovative solution for the banking group to which we were assigned, but above all to forge bonds based on respect and exchange of constructive ideas. My participation in the Naples Fintech Lab was an extremely valuable opportunity to enrich my knowledge base. This innovative lab allowed me to engage with a wide range of subjects in both business and technology, areas that are increasingly crucial in today’s landscape. The Naples Fintech Lab was an extraordinary experience. Returning to my alma mater was a return to my roots, a feeling of warmth and family. The Fintech Lab was a very formative experience for me as it allowed me to learn the entire process behind an idea, from the embryonic phase, through the phase where you start to give it a name and a defined form, up to the final phase, where, after a few months, you have the chance to see a prototype that could really go into production and become a new feature used by thousands of people.<\/p>\n

I can say with complete sincerity that it has been a fantastic journey. To start from scratch, without even an idea, with a group of unknown people, and to see how over the course of months, through specific steps, and a well-structured program, it is possible to generate an innovative idea and turn it into something concrete, thanks also to the support of the coaches and professionals who collaborate in the workshop, has represented for me an experience of both personal and professional growth. The Naples FinTech Lab for me was an adventure, in which I promised myself to give it my all. And it was exactly like that, from the first to the last day I gave my all for the team and for the challenge I had been given. This workshop definitely allowed me to get a concrete and comprehensive view of the whole process of an idea. And it was rewarding for me and my team to see an idea of ours being born, growing, and realized.
