Andrea Pone<\/strong> is a PhD student in the 41st cycle of the \u201cEntrepreneurship and Innovation\u201d program. His research focuses on entrepreneurial ecosystems, specifically evaluating public policies from the perspective of startups.<\/p>

Previously, Andrea graduated with honors in Business Economics from the University of Naples \u201cParthenope\u201d, where he also completed a one-year, full-time master\u2019s program held in collaboration with MIT Sloan. Immediately following graduation, he began his career at the Department of Business and Quantitative Studies through a collaboration grant. Nicoletta Cangiano<\/strong> holds a PhD in “Entrepreneurship and Innovation” from the University of Naples Parthenope, Department of Management and Quantitative Studies (DISAQ), and earned the title of Doctor Europaeus. Her research explored how firms can adopt antifragility and resilience to address societal challenges, with a focus on entrepreneurial ecosystems and the role of government in their development. Her doctoral thesis, titled \u201cThriving in Disruptions: Managing the Unpredictable with an Antifragile Approach to Black Swans,\u201d delves into antifragility in a managerial context. Nicoletta completed a visiting period at Montpellier Business School and has presented her work at various national and international conferences. She is a member of the Erich Fromm Study Center and serves on its editorial board. Riccardo Muto<\/strong> holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration (2017) and a master\u2019s degree in Economics and Business Management (2018). He further specialized with two master\u2019s programs in Accounting and Financial Statements and Management of Healthcare Companies. Since 2018, he has worked as a consultant at KPMG, supporting public healthcare clients in management control, hospital investments, and resource planning. Starting February 2021, he will join Ernst & Young\u2019s Strategy and Transaction Services team. Usman Ali<\/strong> is a first-year PhD student in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Parthenope. His research focuses on financing strategies for SMEs in their multinationalization processes, addressing financial literacy gaps in knowledge economies, and reducing the time gap between graduation and entrepreneurial intention. Usman holds an MBA in Business Studies from CECOS University and an MPhil from Qurtuba University in Pakistan, with a focus on finance.
